Known as the foremost defender of the Second Amendment in the state, Sen. Green has also led efforts to introduce a Balanced Budget Amendment to the United States Constitution and force Washington, D.C. politicians to do the job they were elected to do.
As a legislator, he has been recognized for his leadership by Michigan Agri-Business Association, Farm Bureau, the National Federation of Independent Business, Michigan United Conservation Clubs, the Safari Club International Flint Chapter, FFA, Michigan Milk Producers, Michigan Coalition of Responsible Gun Owners, Human Development Commission, Michigan Aquaculture Association, health care professionals and many more.
As a small business owner involved in the construction business and as a farmer, Sen. Green knows personally how big government regulations stifle economic growth and job creation.

As our State Senator, he will continue to fight for our values and be our voice in Lansing.
